Ayuso will launch the Digital Account this year to streamline bureaucracy

The Community of Madrid will launch the Digital Account at the end of this year with the purpose of streamlining and streamlining procedures between Madrid residents and the autonomous Administration. This new online tool, operational 24 hours a day, will facilitate your procedures and procedures, saving you time, among many other advantages, thanks to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques. He can even sign documents or plan appointments. Likewise, the profile will be adapted according to the user's preferences, such as age or family and work situation.

This tool will have a notification system so that everyone can see the minute and result of any file in real time: requests for subsidies, taxes, fees paid, aid received or social and clinical history.


The Digital Account will help facilitate digital processing. This goal was already achieved to a great extent last term. In 2022 it increased by 11%, registering almost three million documents and with another six million signed electronically. One million file queries and almost 1.2 million notifications have also been carried out.
