The school, the manager's job consists of organizing the activities to be carried out there, in a coherent way, he directs the practices and resolves the conflicts that arise all the time. Based on the managers' statements, we realized that the biggest challenges are in the interpersonal relationships in the school space, so it is necessary to rethink how management can work and manage these relationships.
